Meet the founder
Dr Julie Winstanley
Psychologist · Researcher · Educator · Founder & Director, Living Well Partners Ltd
Julie brings 26 years of experience across psychology, healthcare, research, higher education, leadership, consultancy and organisational development.
A former Senior Lecturer with a PhD in maternal health research, she has worked extensively in professional education, curriculum development, research and consultancy — including service evaluation, feasibility studies, systematic literature reviews and commissioned research.
Over the past four years, Julie has extended this experience into digital innovation, developing the knowledge and technical skills to design digital platforms and learning environments. Her work takes a systems-based approach, bringing together research, service design, workforce capability and technology.
Her perspective is also informed by lived experience of disability, long-term health challenges, family life and navigating public services — which shapes a strong commitment to accessible, inclusive and practical learning.
